The Peikko team consists of some 800 people from some 40 nationalities, located in some 30 countries. Peikko is very international and the core value is an open international atmosphere, respect and trust in each other. Peikko is simultaneously both international and local. The personnel around the world are familiar with local conditions and practices and are able to offer customers the best possible service, in several languages.

WIDE RANGE OF PROFESSIONALS

There are about 20-25 persons working on Research and Development (R&D) -related tasks to to improve the products and technical solutions for increased customer value. For R&D positions, Peikko values higher education. In Spring 2011 there are already four PhD's working in the company.

Most personnel working at Peikko factories have gone through rigorous welding tests and participate various kinds of training. There is also an internal "Peikko Academy" - training incuding both class room sessions and webinars for the whole personnel to improve and update skills in all sectors of Peikko operations.
