Anu Ahola, Anu Ahola, M.Sc. Engineering, MBA, is the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer (CTO), at Meyer Turku Oy (www.meyerturku.fi; www.meyerwerft.de). She has been a member of Peikko’s Board since 2020 and Chair of the Board starting 2024. Before joining Meyer Group in 2024 Anu Ahola worked over 15 years at UPM leading various business line as well as strategy and energy organizations. Prior to her career at UPM, Anu Ahola held several positions at Jaakko Pöyry Consulting and Nokia Mobile Phones. Anu Ahola is a Finnish citizen living in Finland, born in 1965.

Karen Scrivener
Professor and Director of the Laboratory of Construction Materials, Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne

Karen Scrivener, PhD in Materials Science from Imperial College London, in the United Kingdom, has been Professor and Director of the Laboratory of Construction Materials in the Department of Materials of EPFL (Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne) for the last 20 years. Karen Scrivener has been a member of Peikko’s Board since 2022. She is a Fellow of the UK Royal Academy of Engineering and the author of over 200 journal papers. Her research focusses on the understanding the chemistry and microstructure of cement based materials and improving their sustainability. Karen Scrivener is an English citizen living in Switzerland, born in 1958.

Otto Jukko
Economist, Cebr

Otto Jukko, M.Sc. Finance and Economics, is an Economist at Cebr (the Centre for Economics and Business Research). He has been a member of Peikko's Board since 2025. Otto Jukko is a Finnish citizen living in the United Kingdom, born in 2000.

Teppo Voutilainen
Chief Executive Officer, Elematic Oyj

Teppo Voutilainen, M.Sc. Industrial Engineering and Management, is the Chief Executive Officer of Elematic Oyj and a member of Peikko's Board since 2022. Elematic is the leading supplier of precast concrete technology worldwide, known for its cutting edge hollow-core innovations, also extending to walls, foundations and frames, molds and other flooring solutions. The solutions cover individual machines, complete turnkey production lines, automation and software innovations, and comprehensive maintenance services. Teppo Voutilainen has strong know-how of the construction business and of the Asia market, having lived in Asia for 15 years and having worked for KONE Corporation for 14 years. Teppo Voutilainen is a Finnish citizen living in Finland, born in 1982.

Katarina Lucic
Head of Distribution APAC, Sika Asia Pacific Mgt. Pte. Ltd.

Katarina Lucic, M.A. in Management, is Head of Distribution Business APAC at Sika, leading distribution sales, retail marketing, and strategic growth initiatives across Asia Pacific. She has 11 years of experience in the specialty chemicals and construction industry. Having lived and worked in Switzerland, Australia, Malaysia, and Singapore, Katarina brings a global perspective and expertise in emerging markets. Katarina is a Swiss citizen, living in Singapore, born 1982.

Pasi Rannus
Chief Executive Officer, Valmet Automotive

Pasi Rannus, M.Sc. Engineering, MBA, is the Chief Executive Officer of Valmet Automotive. With 25 years in the automotive industry, Rannus has extensive experience in manufacturing engineering and process development. His career has included international assignments in Germany and the United States, where he managed customer relationships and established a subsidiary for Valmet Automotive. Rannus holds a degree in engineering and an MBA from the University of Turku. Rannus is a Finnish citizen living in Finland, born in 1971.
