AI Engineer

In this role, you will design, build, and scale AI-powered solutions across Peikko Group. You will work closely with business stakeholders and Digital Services to ensure that solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with our global operations.

This is a hands-on role combining development, integration, and continuous improvement. You will contribute both to daily operational improvements and longer-term development of our AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered solutions using the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g. M365 Copilot, Power Platform, Azure AI)
• Develop automation workflows and AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement AI use cases
• Integrate AI solutions with core systems such as D365, ServiceNow, and M365
• Support standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across processes and tools
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture
• Support adoption of AI-enabled ways of working across the organization
• Monitor and continuously improve implemented solutions

What We Are Looking For

• Relevant experience in AI, automation, or software development
• Experience with Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Power Platform, Azure AI is considered an advantage)
• Understanding of integrations, APIs, and enterprise systems
• Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions
• Understanding of business processes (finance knowledge is considered an advantage)
• Ability to work both with hands-on tasks and development topics
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset
• Good English skills
