We are currently looking for a Business Development Engineer to support the continued growth of our DELTABEAM^® division in the Midwest.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building relationships, driving adoption, and shaping how projects are designed and built.

What you’ll do

Build and strengthen relationships with structural engineers, architects, and key industry stakeholders
Promote and position DELTABEAM^® as a structural solution on upcoming projects
Deliver engaging presentations, lunch & learns, and technical discussions
Support project development from early design stages through to execution
Identify opportunities and help drive market growth across the region

What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Construction Engineering or equivalent
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Intermediate structural design knowledge
Strong presentation and communication skills
Results-driven mindset with a passion for building relationships

Experience

Structural Engineering: 5+ years
Precast or construction-related sales: 5+ years

What to expect

Territory: Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan
Travel: ~2–3 nights every two weeks
Work setup: Remote / on the road

Compensation & Benefits

Salary starting from $115,000 + commission
