Finance Solution Lead

In this role, you will ensure effective support and continuous development of finance processes and solutions in Microsoft D365 F&O across Peikko Group. You will act as the main link between Finance and Digital Services, own and drive finance-related development topics within the platform, and help ensure that finance solutions are standardized, scalable, and aligned across our international operations.

This is a hands-on lead role: you will combine day-to-day support responsibilities with longer-term development and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure effective support and resolution of finance-related system issues in D365 F&O and related tools
• Act as a hands-on lead in supporting finance users, including resolving more complex issues when needed
• Own and develop finance-related processes in the ERP platform
• Drive prioritization of finance-related development needs together with Finance and platform leadership
• Act as the functional lead and escalation point for finance topics in D365 F&O
• Support standardization, automation, and continuous improvement of finance processes and tools
• Work closely with Finance, Digital Services, Operations, and external partners to ensure aligned and efficient development

What We Are Looking For

• Strong understanding of finance processes and controlling principles
• Experience working with Microsoft D365 F&O or similar ERP systems
• Experience in process development, system development, or platform-based environments
• Ability to manage both daily operational topics and longer-term development
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with both business and technical stakeholders
• Pragmatic, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Good English skills
