SENIOR HRD MANAGER

This position combines Group-level responsibility for HR development with hands-on support for Peikko’s international sales companies. You will lead initiatives that strengthen common HR practices, support international recruitment, and drive leadership and competence development across countries.

While HR managers in production countries handle local HR end-to-end, your role is to act as a partner – providing common frameworks, tools, and guidance to ensure alignment and good cooperation across the Group.

This is a unique opportunity to shape and strengthen Peikko’s Group HR function in a truly international industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Turn Peikko’s business and people agenda into concrete Group-level HR plans, identifying organizational and competence needs with management and driving HR actions and change.
• Support international recruitments by helping define key roles and profiles, coordinating recruitments and external partners and professional onboarding.
• Develop and maintain Group-level programs for onboarding, mentoring, leadership and talent development, including succession actions for key roles.
• Support performance management, engagement and reward practices, ensuring they are clear, consistent and linked to business results.
• Act as key user and Group contact for selected HR systems, securing HR data quality and providing regular HR reports for management; maintain Group HR policies, guidelines and templates.
• Partner with HR managers in production countries, providing frameworks, tools and development initiatives that support their local work.
• Coordinate Group HR collaboration by organizing regular HR meetings and sharing good practices across countries.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Solid experience in international HR roles, including HR development and recruitment / talent acquisition.
• Experience in working across cultures and supporting managers in multiple countries with excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Good understanding of HR systems and digital tools, and interest in HR system development projects.
• Hands-on, independent and structured way of working with strong execution and follow-through.
• Curious and continuously improving HR practices and own ways of working, comfortable working without a large team and managing priorities and deadlines effectively.
