Balconies are one of the key design elements for Avalon Plaza so they needed to be designed structurally solid, but architecturally pleasing and EBEA® was perfect to ensure also a suitable thermal break. With EBEA® the manufacturing was precise, installation had good pace and simplicity to guarantee expected quality of a precasted building.
