On more than 3,900 square meters, the building combines technology, presentation, and future – realized as a hybrid construction of timber and reinforced concrete.
The two-story showroom, spanning over 1,100 m², opens generously to its surroundings and stages vehicles within a light-filled spatial composition. Directly connected: a 1,200 m² workshop equipped with high-tech features, complemented by separate areas for painting, bodywork, and alternative drive concepts. An underground garage with an integrated tire storage area on 1,600 m² expands functionality and underscores the thoughtful use of every square meter.
Architectural highlights such as a car lift, a rooftop terrace for vehicle presentations, and a large-scale photovoltaic system set both design and sustainability accents. The project was implemented with regional partners – a clear commitment to local value creation and building culture.
The load-bearing structure is based on DELTABEAM® composite beams and precast columns, complemented by the exceptionally slender ATLANT® Strong composite columns. DELTABEAM® enables spans of up to 22 meters, creating largely column-free spaces – while maintaining a minimal structural depth of only 70 cm. This combination not only allows architectural freedom but also efficiently carries the heavy loads of the roof used as a parking deck.
ATLANT® composite columns create clear sightlines and lend the interiors a technical elegance that harmoniously integrates into the overall design concept. A distinctive feature is the seamless combination of different slab systems: HBV slabs provide a warm, material-honest ambiance in the showroom, while classic concrete slabs are used in other areas – functionally and aesthetically aligned with precision.
