Topi Paananen, M.Sc. (Econ) has been Peikko Group's CEO since 2010. He has worked at Peikko since 2005 and has previously held the positions of Chairman of the Board of Directors and Director, International Operations. Before joining Peikko, Topi worked in the mobile phone component business (Eimo/Foxconn) and decorative coatings business (Akzo Nobel).
Vice President, Human Resources
Aušra Antanavičienė, MBA, has been responsible for Peikko Group's Human Resources since August 2021. Aušra joined Peikko in March 2017 as HR Manager for Peikko Lithuania and internal leadership coach for Peikko Group, and since May 2019 was holding a position of Learning and Development Manager, Peikko Group. Prior to joining Peikko she worked at Norwegian Electronic Manufacturing Company KITRON as HR Manager for the factory in Lithuania. Aušra has extensive experience of HR leadership roles at international manufacturing companies.
Jan Bujnak, Ph.D. (Civil Engineering), is responsible for the development of connection products since 2019. Jan has previously worked in the R&D department of Peikko Group and has been involved in the development of products, their technical documentation, approvals and design tools. Before joining Peikko in 2007, Jan completed a Ph.D. degree in structural engineering.

Taru Leinonen, M.Sc. (Civil Engineering) is responsible for Peikko’s Research and Development since 2006 including product development, product approvals, technical information and tools for designers as well as intellectual property rights. Taru has worked at Peikko since 2000 in various R&D positions. Prior to joining Peikko, she had a long career in structural engineering (Insinööritoimisto Matti Ollila & Co).
Kim Salvén is responsible for Peikko Group's Sales and Marketing. Kim joined Peikko in spring 2016. Earlier he held the position of Sales Director at Konecranes, where he was responsible for harbour crane sales in Europe. Kim has an extensive experience in B&B sales and sales management from different industries.
Andrius Surantas, Ph.D. (Civil Engineering) is responsible for Peikko Group’s operations globally. Andrius become a Peikko employee when Peikko acquired a steel structure factory in Kaunas, Lithuania in 2006, where Andrius worked as Plant Manager. At Peikko, Andrius has been Managing Director of Peikko Lithuania and Managing Director of Peikko Slovakia.
Jukka Turva, M.Sc. (Econ) has been responsible for the Finance of Peikko Group since 2013. Jukka has worked for Peikko since 2011 and started his career at Peikko as a Business Controller. Before joining Peikko he held various finance and business control positions in the forest industry (UPM Corporation).
Tobias Althaus, M.Sc. (Civil Engineering) has been one of the two Managing Directors of Peikko Germany responsible for purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, quality and technical customer service in Peikko Germany since 2015. Tobias has worked at Peikko since 2000, and has held a number of positions related to design, sales and quality at Peikko Germany, including Quality Manager and Head of the Technical Department.
Paulius Bulota, M.Sc. (Civil Engineering) is responsible for Peikko’s operations in its factory in Lithuania, as well as for sales throughout the Baltic countries. Paulius became a Peikko employee when Peikko acquired a steel structure factory in Kaunas, Lithuania in 2006, where Paulius worked in Sales and Project Management. He worked in Sales and Design, as well as being Managing Director of Peikko Lithuania 2011-2013. Before taking up his current position in 2017, Paulius was responsible for Peikko’s operations in Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates, as well as for sales throughout the Middle East.
Radovan Endel is responsible for Peikko’s operations in the United Arab Emirates. He has been working with Peikko since 2009. At Peikko, Radovan has held various manufacturing-related positions (Production Manager, Operations Manager) in Slovakia and the United Arab Emirates. Prior to joining Peikko, Radovan has held a variety of technical and leadership roles in the manufacturing sector and the electromechanical industry. He has studied Engineering and Technology and graduated with a dual degree in Business Administration.

Martin Fenčák, M.Sc. (Industrial Engineering) has been responsible for Peikko’s operations in China since summer 2022. Martin joined Peikko in 2008 and has held various manufacturing-related positions (Process Engineer, Development Engineer, Technical Manager, Operations Manager) at Peikko Slovakia and Peikko China. Prior to joining Peikko, Martin worked in the electronics industry in the Czech Republic and Hungary (Foxconn).
Christian Gerke, Certified Construction Engineer, has been one of the two Managing Directors of Peikko Germany responsible for the sales, marketing and administration in Peikko Germany since 2015. Christian has worked at Peikko Germany since 2001 in various sales positions such as Technical Sales Person, Sales Manager and Sales & Marketing Director. Before joining Peikko, he worked as an architectural draftsman in the precast industry (FingerHaus).

Michal Horak, (Eng) is responsible for Peikko’s operations in Asia Pacific. He has worked for Peikko since 2006 in various positions: Managing Director of Peikko Slovakia, Business Development positions in Europe and Vice President, North America. Before joining Peikko, Michal held number of positions in the automobile part industry (Valeo) and contract manufacturing (Foxconn).
Dominic Lemieux, M.Sc. (Civil Engineering) is responsible for Peikko’s operations in Canada and the U.S.A. Dominic has been with Peikko since 2005, first at Peikko Finland before moving to Peikko Canada when it was founded in 2007. He has also experience in pre-cast (Oldcastle) and real estate development (Logisbourg).
Esa Rusila, M.Sc. (Eng) is responsible for Peikko’s operations in Finland. Esa started his career at Peikko in 2005 and has worked as ERP Project Manager, Controller, Group Controller and CFO, prior taking business responsibility for the unit in Finland. Prior to joining Peikko, Esa held finance and operations positions in the office furniture industry (Martela) and the food industry (Saarioinen).
