STUDIX® Headed Connectors make anchoring easier and save time. Product is composed from ETA assessed solutions meeting all the essential requirements for a reinforcement system. The solution is primarily designed to be used in reinforced concrete corbels.
With ETA assessed anchorage heads (ETA 21/0463) and a coupling system (ETA-21/0804), STUDIX® Headed Connectors simplify reinforcement layout in congested areas and make installation more efficient compared to bent reinforcement.
STUDIX® is a cost-effective solution, especially for connecting precast columns with post-install cast-in-situ corbels. The solution provides many benefits such as attaching the cast-in-situ corbel to the precast column on-site or in a precast factory. STUDIX® Headed Connectors simplify formwork for precast columns and eliminate the need for modified formwork because of the corbel part. The solution also makes transportation more efficient and easier as straight columns without corbels require less space on trailers.
STUDIX® Headed Connectors offer solutions for single-sided and double-sided corbels by combining main rebar components A, B, and D. The Available diameter of STUDIX® Headed Connectors is between 12mm and 25mm.
